Ingredients


  • 1 cup of butter
  • 1 1/2 cups of sugar
  • 4 pieces of egg
  • 3 cups of flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of strawberry essence
  • Pink coloring sufficiently
  • 1/2 envelope of Gelatin Vanilla flavor
  • 1/2 liter of warm light milk
  • 1 envelope of Gelatin Strawberry flavor
  • 1 liter of hot milk
  • To the taste of strawberry to decorate

Preparation


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. For the strawberry cake, in a blender add the butter and sugar, beat until it changes color, add the eggs one by one and beat for 5 more minutes.
  3. Gradually add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, milk, strawberry essence and pink coloring, whisk for 10 minutes.

  7. For the strawberry gelatin, add the envelope of strawberry gelatin in the hot milk. Reservation.
