Pat Bing Soo (Korean Sahved Ice Cream)

Patbingsu or Pat bing soo is a very popular South Korean dessert. You can enjoy it in various restaurants and cafes in Indonesia. You can also make it with the following easy recipes.


Ingredients:
  1.  200 g ice cubes
  2. 50 g Fruit Cocktail that is on the tin
  3. 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  4. 1/4 cup of fresh liquid milk
  5. a little sticky rice cake or moci
  6. Cheri fruit (can be strawberry or kiwi)
  7. 30 g red beans
  8. 30 g sugar
  9. Salt to taste
  10. green tea ice cream

How to make:

  1. Clean the red beans, then boil in plenty of water. When the red beans become soft, put sugar and salt and cook until the water runs out.
  2. Pour the liquid milk into the ice cream bowl and insert the finely ground ice.
  3. Pour sweetened condensed milk and then arrange red beans, fruit cocktails, and glutinous rice cakes on the ice. Decorate according to taste, topping with green tea ice cream.
